Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted soap products, Morbid Sea Soap Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on soap or other personal care products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue.

Please double-check your order and shipping information before completing your purchase. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or changed.

Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, pattern, shape, weight, and appearance are normal and are part of what makes each bar unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
