Shipping policy

All Morbid Sea Soap Co. products are handcrafted in small batches and carefully packed for their journey to you. In-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at morbidsea@yahoo.com. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Morbid Sea Soap Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package every order, but occasionally things happen along the way. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us at morbidsea@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable so we can help resolve the issue.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Handcrafted Products

Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, pattern, shape, weight, and appearance are normal. These variations are part of the handmade nature of Morbid Sea Soap Co. products and are not considered shipping damage or defects.
